Dolphins Signing Veteran DT Kendall Langford

Barry Jackson reports that the Dolphins are signing veteran DT Kendall Langford to a contract on Tuesday.

The Dolphins waived DT Gabe Wright (NFLTR) on Monday after he got into a fight with RB Kenyon Drake.

Langford, 32, is a former third-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2008. He spent four years in Miami and played three seasons for the Rams before signing a four-year, $17.2 million contract with the Colts back in 2015.

Langford was released by the Colts last August with a failed physical designation. He would later have brief stints with the Saints and Texans during the 2017 season.

In 2016, Langford appeared in eight games for the Colts and recorded 10 tackles, no sacks, a fumble recovery and two pass defenses.
