Draft Rumors: Trades, Armstead, Agholor, Johnson, Browns, & Redskins

Trades

• Dianna Marie Russini reports that the Buccaneers and Jaguars might be willing to use their second round picks to move back into the first round.
• Ed Werder confirms that multiple teams have contacted the Buccaneers, but they’re likely to remain at No. 1 and take Jameis Winston.

Nelson Agholor

• Albert Breer reports that USC WR Nelson Agholor has been connected to the Dolphins, Texans, and Chiefs over the last few days.
• Breer believes Agholor is a “good bet” to be the fourth receiver to be drafted.

Kevin Johnson

• Aaron Wilson is hearing that the ceiling for Wake Forest CB Kevin Johnson is likely the Dolphins at No. 14 with the basement being the Steelers at No. 22.

Arik Armstead

• Aaron Wilson reports that Oregon DL Arik Armstead is regarded as a “strong potential target” for the Cardinals and 49ers.

Browns

• Jason La Canfora reports that the Browns are willing to part with their No. 12  and No. 19 picks for No. 2 overall, but have balked at adding their No. 43 pick to the mix.

Redskins

• Dianna Marie Russini is hearing that the Redskins might prefer to take Iowa OL Brandon Scherff over Florida DE/OLB Dante Fowler or trade back and take a defensive lineman like Danny Shelton.
