Report: Chiefs Place WR Dwayne Bowe On IR

The Kansas City Chiefs have placed WR Dwayne Bowe on season-ending IR because of multiple broken ribs, per Adam Teicher.

Bowe might have already played his last game with the Chiefs, as the team will be looking to rebuild after a disastrous season, and Bowe will be in search for a big payday.

We have Bowe listed as the No. 5 best available player in our recently updated Top 50 Free Agents.

Pro Football Talk is reporting that the Kansas City Chiefs will place WR Dwayne Bowe on season-ending IR due to multiple broken ribs.

———-

The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled out WR Dwayne Bowe for Week 15’s game against the Raiders.

Reports from last night indicated that Bowe suffered two broken ribs during Sunday’s loss to the Browns, so it’s not really surprising to see him get scratched from Week 15’s game.

The Chiefs already have a hard enough time effectively moving the ball through the air, but they’ll now have to hope that Jonathan Baldwin lives up to his first-round draft pick. Kansas City will also have have to rely on Terrance Copper and Dexter McCluster as well.

We have Bowe listed as the No. 5 best available player in our recently updated Top 50 Free Agents.
