The Eagles officially got down to 75 players on Tuesday by making three more roster moves.
Philadelphia placed RB Kevin Monangai and waivers and waived/injured LB Emmanuel Acho with a injury settlement.
They also placed CB JaCorey Shepherd (ACL) on season-ending injured reserve.
The Philadelphia Eagles have officially announced the release of 12 players on Sunday including:

- S Brandan Bishop
- OT Kevin Graf
- DE Alfy Hill
- WR G.J. Kinne
- OLB Dasman McCullum
- C Mike Coccia
- WR Mike Johnson
- WR Josh Reese
- DE Jeremy Towns
- TE Justin Tukes
- OL Jared Wheeler
Towns, 26, originally signed on with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Samford back August of last year. He lasted just a few weeks with the team before he was later waived.
Buffalo wound up signing him to a future/reserve contract towards the end of last season, but elected to waive him last weekend. The Eagles later claimed him off of waivers.
Towns has yet to appear in an NFL game.
