Eagles Re-Sign CB Aaron Grymes To Practice Squad

The Eagles have re-signed CB Aaron Grymes to their practice squad on Monday, according to his agency.

Geoff Mosher reported Sunday that the Eagles were bringing in Grymes for a physical on Monday.

This comes after the news that CB Ron Brooks suffered a ruptured quad tendon during Sunday’s win over the Vikings, so they could clearly use some help at cornerback moving forward.

Grymes, 25, has spent three years with the Edmonton Eskimos after going undrafted out of Idaho back in 2013. The Eagles signed him to a reserve/future contract back in February.

The Eagles waived him with an injury settlement coming out of the preseason and he later reverted to their injured reserve list. Grymes was waived from the injured reserve list with a settlement soon after.

During his three years in Edmonton, Grymes recorded 101 tackles, one sack, eight interceptions over the course of 41 games.
