Ian Rapoport reports that Eagles CB Ronald Darby suffered a dislocated right ankle during Sunday’s game. The good news, for now, is that X-Rays were negative on Darby’s ankle, but he’ll still undergo an MRI tomorrow to check for ligament and tendon damage.

Eagles CB Ronald Darby went down during the second quarter of Sunday’s game with a non-contact ankle injury and was taken to the locker room on a cart.

The Eagles have already ruled Darby out for the game with a right ankle injury.

Losing Darby for any period of time would be a blow to an Eagles’ secondary already with depth concerns at cornerback.

Darby, 23, is a former second-round pick of the Bills back in 2015. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $4.569 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $615,000 and $705,000 over the final two years of the agreement.

The Eagles trade WR Jordan Matthews and a 2018 third-round pick to the Bills in return for Darby.

In 2016, Darby appeared in 14 games and recorded 69 tackles, no interceptions and 13 pass defenses.

We’ll have more regarding Darby’s injury as the news is available.
