Eagles Claim LB D.J. Alexander Off Waivers From Seahawks

The Philadelphia Eagles have claimed LB D.J. Alexander off of waivers from the Seahawks on Sunday, according to Jeff McLane.

Alexander, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2015. He was entering the final year of a four-year, $2,473,252 contract and was set to earn a base salary of $705,000 this season.

Kansas City traded him to the Seahawks last year and was among their final roster cuts on Saturday.

In 2017, Alexander appeared in 12 games for the Seahawks and recorded 10 total tackles, and no sacks.
