Jeff McClane of Philly.Com is reporting that Eagles defensive back Nnamdi Asomugha is being evaluated after colliding with teammate Nate Allen on the practice field.  At this time it is not believed that Asomugha suffered a concussion, but instead has a sprained neck and a lacerated lip. Per the article:

Asomugha laid face down on the ground with little to no movement for close to five minutes before he finally rose to one knee. The cornerback then slowly stood, was helped to a cart and driven inside. Asomugha’s shirt was bloodied and he held his head as he drove off.

We will update this post as more information becomes available.
