Eagles Have Some Interest In Re-Signing OL Stefen Wisniewski

Mike Kaye is hearing that the Eagles have some interest in re-signing free agent OL Stefen Wisniewski.

Wisniewski, 27, signed a one-year, $1.51 million contract that includes another $1.25 million through incentives. He is set to earn a base salary of $760,000 for 2016 and could earn another $250,000 in per-game roster bonuses.

is a former second-round pick of the Raiders back in 2011. He spent four years in Oakland before signing a free agent deal with the Jaguars. A year later, the Eagles gave him a one-year contract and he’s once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2015, Wisniewski appeared in all 16 games for the Eagles. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 39 guard out of 72 qualifying players.
