Eagles Place DT Bennie Logan On IR, Promote CB Randall Evans

The Philadelphia Eagles announced that they’ve placed DT Bennie Logan on season-ending injured reserve and promoted CB Randall Evans to their active roster.

Logan, 26, is in the third year of his four-year, $3.032 million contract that included a $684,092 signing bonus. He’ll make a base salary of $637,500 this season and another $745,500 in 2016.

In 2015, Logan appeared in 14 games and recorded 55 tackles and a sack for the Eagles’ defense. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 14 defensive tackle out of 71 qualifying players.
