The Philadelphia Eagles are placing DE Alex McCalister and S Tre Sullivan on injured reserve Monday, according to Jimmy Kempski of PhillyVoice.com.
McCalister, 23, is a former seventh-round pick of the Eagles back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2.411 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $540,000 and $630,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
During his college career at Florida, McCalister recorded 49 tackles, 17.5 tackles for a loss, 12.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, two recoveries and two pass defenses over the course of 22 games.
