The Philadelphia Eagles announced Friday that they’ve re-signed DT Justin Hamilton to their practice squad now that he’s cleared waivers.
The Eagles’ practice squad now consists of:
- C Josh Andrews
- TE Billy Brown
- T Dillon Gordon
- RB Byron Marshall
- DB De’Vante Bausby
- WR Greg Ward
- DB D.J. Killings
- WR Rashard Davis
- LB Don Cherry
- DT Justin Hamilton
Hamilton, 24, originally signed on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana-Lafayette back in 2015. He lasted just a few months in Buffalo before catching on with the Packers during the 2015 season.
Hamilton later signed on to the Seahawks’ practice squad and returned to Seattle on a future/reserve contract a year ago but was on and off of their practice squad throughout the 2016 season.
The Eagles signed Hamilton to a futures deal this past January before cutting him loose coming out of the preseason and later signing him to their practice squad.
In 2017, Hamilton has appeared in three games and recorded two tackles and a half sack.
