The Philadelphia Eagles announced Monday morning that they have re-signed WR Arrelious Benn just three days after they announced his release.

It will be interesting to hear the reason they released him in the first place.
Benn, 24, was traded to the Eagles from Tampa Bay in return for a 2013 sixth-round pick and a 2014 conditional selection.
Benn unfortunately suffered a torn ACL last August, which subsequently forced him to miss the entire 2013 season.
Philadelphia has added some depth at receiver in the draft after they parted ways with DeSean Jackson a few months ago, so there is at least a chance that Benn will have to compete for a roster spot in training camp.
