Eagles Reportedly In Trade Market For Inside Linebacker Help

According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Philadelphia Eagles have been in the trade market forĀ inside linebacker in recent days.

La Canfora says that there are already several teams looking for potential trades including tight ends, but it sounds like the Eagles are just focused on adding an inside linebacker.

Unfortunately, La Canfora doesn’t toss out any options or teams worth keeping an eye on in a potential trade for the Eagles.

It’s worth mentioning that the Eagles have spoken to veteran ILB Stephen Tulloch, who has ties to DC Jim Schwartz, in recent weeks. However, it sounds like they would prefer to see what all of their available options are before getting serious about bringing in Tulloch.

As of now, the Eagles have Jordan Hicks, Joe Walker and Don CherryĀ as their top-three options at middle linebacker, so it’s not a stretch to say they could use some depth at the position.

Here’s a list of Available Free Agents broken down by position, in case you want to see what’s available in the free agent market.

We’ll have more regarding potential trade options for the Eagles as the news is available.
