Eagles & Saints Expected To Be Two Most Aggressive Teams In Trade Market

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Saints and Eagles are expected to be the two most aggressive teams leading up to this year’s trade deadline.

According to La Canfora, both teams are “sniffing around” on some of the same players with cornerback being one position where they’re looking at available options at the right price.

Sources tell La Canfora that the Eagles are also exploring the possibility of adding a receiver. Philadelphia is still reportedly monitoring the running back market closely, even though they believe they still have decent options at the position.

Some of the cornerbacks that could be available, according to La Canfora, include Patrick Peterson, Bradley Roby, Gareon Conley and Eli Apple.

At receiver, La Canfora lists Amari Cooper, Larry Fitzgerald and Emmanuel Sanders as possible trade options.

We’ll have more regarding both teams as the news is available.
