Quigley, 26, originally signed on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of Boston College back in 2012. He spent just a few months in Chicago before he was waived mid-season.
The Jets elected to sign him to a contract in April of 2013 and he wound up spending the next three years as their punter.
In 2015, Quigley appeared in 15 games for the Jets and totaled 2,855 punt yards to go along with a 36.5 net punting average and 27 punts downed inside the 20-yard line.
