The Philadelphia Eagles announced the signing of receivers Seantavius Jones and Xavier Rush on Thursday.
- The Eagles also signed CB Aaron Grymes and QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson to contracts today.
Jones, 23, signed on with the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Valdosta State back in May of last year. He was ultimately unable to make the team’s final roster coming out of the preseason, but was later signed to the team’s practice squad and was on and off of their active roster last year.
New Orleans waived him a few weeks ago to make room for CB Tony Carter.
In 2015, Jones appeared three games, but has yet to record a single statistic.
