ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Eagles have signed former Giants CB Walter Thurmond.
#Eagles agree to terms with CB Walter Thurmond III on a one-year contract and sign QB Mark Sanchez to a two-year contract.

The Eagles have now added a second former Seahawks cornerback to their secondary. Thurmond could be a decent value signing given that he’s coming off of a season-ending injury.
Thurmond, 27, signed a one-year contract worth $3 million with the Giants before sustaining season-ending pectoral tear. Thurmond finished the 2014 season with four total tackles over the course of two games.
