Eagles Targeting Ike Taylor?

Adam Caplan of FOXSports.com reports that the Philadelphia Eagles have a lot of interest in free agent CB Ike Taylor.

Taylor has played eight season in Pittsburgh but has hinted that he may be open to leaving depending on how things play during free agency.

Caplan also mentions that the teams new defensive coaches are planning on making some changes to their defensive scheme, more specifically, Juan Castillo is considering playing more zone coverage and Jim Washburns is implementing a “wide-nine” front.

The Eagles have been rumored to be the favorite to land CB Nnamdi Asomugha but Taylor would be a more cost-efficient option for teams looking for help at cornerback.
