The Philadelphia Eagles officially waived DB Elie Bouka on Thursday.
Bouka, 26, originally signed on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of the CFL back in 2016. He was placed on injured reserve coming out of the preseason with a leg injury.
The Cardinals waived him at the start of the 2017 regular season and he wound up sitting out the entire season before signing a futures contract with the Eagles last year. Unfortunately, Philadelphia waived Bouka in April with an injury designation and he reverted to their injured reserve list.
