In a recent interview on The Norris and Davis Show on 105.7 The Fan, Reed expressed interest in signing a long-term deal with Ravens. Here’s a link to the the Baltimore Sun.
“I’m not making it a big deal,” “[But] I think it needs to be taken care of.” “I’m not about to ask them for anything if I’m not going to be playing. My focus is to get myself back. I’m coming back for at least for one more year.”
Ed Reed is coming off of a hip surgery and had made mention of retiring last season. With these recent comments, it looks like the Ravens could have their star safety for more than just part of this season.
