Falcons To Decide On Whether To Sign CB Leon Hall This Week

Falcons HC Dan Quinn told reporters that he plans to meet with GM Thomas Dimitroff and team doctors this week to decide on whether to sign veteran free agent CB Leon Hall this week, per Vaughn McClure.

Atlanta brought Hall in for a visit last week and him take a physical for them. Hall has also met with the Giants this week and a recent report from Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel mentioned the Dolphins have expressed interest in possibly bringing him in for a visit as well.

Hall, 31, is former first-round pick of the Bengals back in 2007. He has spent all nine years of his NFL career with the Bengals and is now among the best available cornerbacks in this year’s market.

In 2015, Hall appeared in 14 games for the Bengals and recorded 55 tackles, two interceptions with one being returned for a touchdown, and nine pass defenses.

We have him featured in our Best Available Free Agents list.
