Falcons Hire Former Rams GM Billy Devaney As Regional Scout

ESPN’s Adam Schefter first reported that the Atlanta Falcons are hiring former Rams GM Billy Devaney as a regional scout.

• Adam Caplan mentions that Devaney will be responsible for covering the West region for the Falcons.

This comes just a few weeks after the Falcons hired former Chiefs GM Scott Pioli as assistant General Manager to Thomas Dimitroff. They also managed to retain Lionel Vital who was a candidate for a few GM positions during the offseason.

The Falcons front office looks to be fairly impressive group of NFL evaluators, so it will be interesting to see what they elect to do this offseason as they look to add more depth to their roster.
