The Atlanta Falcons announced Friday that they’ve signed rookie WR Chris King now to a contract.
This leaves the Falcons with just one open roster spot to fill in the coming days.
King, 22, wound up signing on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Duquesne back in May. Unfortunately for King, he lasted just a month in Arizona before he was waived with an injury settlement.
During his four-year college career, King caught 175 passes for 2,574 yards receiving and 24 touchdowns. He also contributed 234 kick return yards.
