The Atlanta Falcons announced Tuesday that they’ve signed veteran S Dashon Goldson to the active roster.
This comes just a day after the Falcons hosted Goldson for a workout.
Goldson, 32, is a former fourth-round pick of the 49ers back in 2007. He spent six years in San Francisco before signing on with the Buccaneers as a free agent in 2013.
After spending the 2015 season with the Redskins, Goldson signed a one-year contract with the Falcons back in August but was cut loose a few months ago.
In 2016, Goldson has appeared in four games and recorded just one tackle and no interceptions.
