The Atlanta Falcons officially waived WR Chris King on Friday and signed LB Dominique Tovell to a contract.
King, 22, wound up signing on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Duquesne back in May. Unfortunately for King, he lasted just a month in Arizona before he was waived with an injury settlement.
The Falcons elected to sign King to a contract last week, so his stay in Atlanta was very brief.
During his four-year college career, King caught 175 passes for 2,574 yards receiving and 24 touchdowns. He also contributed 234 kick return yards.
