Felix Jones Could Miss Time With High Ankle Sprain

Dallas came close to beating New England in Foxborough but ultimately wasn’t able to close out the game. A loss is bad enough but RB Felix Jones, who was dealing with a shoulder injury, wound up suffering a high ankle sprain.

Jones was replaced rookie DeMarco Murray and Tashard Choice who were able to move the ball on the ground. Depending on the severity of Jones’s injury, a similar tandem would likely be employed again next week against the St Louis Rams. High ankle sprains usually keep players out at least a week but we’ll know more in the coming days.

The Cowboys also lost rookie G  Bill Nagy for the season after he suffered a fractured ankle.
