Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports that free agent and former 49ers CB Chris Cook will visit with the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday.
The Ravens have been in the market for cornerback for some time now, but they’re clearly moving quick with Cook given that he was just released on Wednesday.
Cook, 28, signed a one-year contract worth $1.3 million with the 49ers back in March, but was released in a move that freed up $437,500 in cap space.
In 2014, Cook was limited to appearing in just six games and recorded six tackles and a pass defense for San Francisco. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing a total of 48 snaps the entire season.
