Both James Kratch and Art Stapleton have mentioned that the Giants are likely to release K Randy Bullock on Tuesday to make room for DT Montori Hughes, who was signed to a contract today.

The Giants reinstated K Josh Brown from the suspended list on Monday, so they’re currently carrying two kickers on their 53-man roster, which is somewhat unusual.

Bullock, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Texans back in 2012. He spent three years in Houston before signing on with the Jets in November of last year.

The Giants signed him to a contract a few weeks ago while Brown served his one-game suspension.

In 2015, Bullock converted 19 of 23 field-goal attempts (82.6 percent) to go along with 22 of 25 (88 percent) extra point tries and 30 touchbacks.
