Giants & Jets Have Expressed Interest In Veteran TE Anthony Fasano

Paul Schwartz of the New York Post reports that the Giants and Jets have both expressed some interest in free agent TE Anthony Fasano.

The Titans are reportedly interested in bringing Fasano back next year, so there could be a decent market developing for his services.

Fasano, 32, is a former second-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2006. He spent two years in Dallas before he was traded to the Dolphins in return for a fourth-round pick.

Fasano played five seasons for the Dolphins before joining the Chiefs as an unrestricted free agent in 2013. The Titans signed him to a contract a few years ago and he’s once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2016, Fasano appeared in all 16 games for the Titans and caught eight passes for 83 yards receiving and two touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 15 tight end out of 63 qualifying players.
