Giants Placing WRs Keeon Johnson & Kevin Snead On Injured Reserve

The New York Giants officially placed WRs Keeon Johnson and Kevin Snead on the injured reserve list after they passed through waivers unclaimed on Saturday.

Johnson signed on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Virginia back in April. New York waived him with an injury designation on Friday.

During his four-year college career at Virginia, Johnson recorded 96 receptions for 1,081 yards receiving (11.3 YPC) and five touchdowns.

Snead also signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Carson-Newman in May and waived him with an injury designation.

Snead also ran track for his Division II University and clocked a 4.22 40-yard dash at the Titans’ pro day this offseason.
