Giants Promote CB Chandler Fenner To Active Roster, Waive LB Dan Fox

The New York Giants announced Saturday that they have promoted CB Chandler Fenner from their practice squad and placed LB Dan Fox on waivers in a corresponding move.

New York signed Fenner back in early August, but he was later cut as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players. Fenner would later sign on the Giants’ practice squad.

Fenner, 24, signed on with the Chiefs as undrafted free agent out of Holy Cross back in 2012. At Holy Cross, he recorded 90 tackles, two tackles for a loss, and four pass defenses over the course of three seasons.

Fox, 23, signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame this past May. He was promoted to the team’s active roster a few weeks ago, but he has yet to record a single statistic.
