Giants RB Andre Brown In line For A Sizable Workload On Thursday?

Jorge Castillo of the Newark Star-Ledger writes that he expects to see the Giants give RB Andre Brownthe bulk of the carries” during Thursday night’s matchup against the Panthers.

Head coach Tom Coughlin mentioned that he’s still holding out hope that Ahmad Bradshaw will be able to play in this week’s game, despite the neck injury that he’s currently dealing with.

Brown played well enough in relief of Bradshaw to afford them the opportunity to sit Bradshaw, assuming that he is not able to recover in time for Thursday’s game. Rookie David Wilson continues to be in the dog-house following his early season miscues, but not having Bradshaw available could force Coughlin to rethink his usage.
