Giants Give Terrell Thomas A Four-Year Deal Worth $28 Million

Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger reports that the Giants gave CB Terrell Thomas a four-year deal worth $28 million and includes $11 million in guarantees.

So much for Thomas getting a modest deal from the Giants. That’s way more than I would have expected considering that he’s had two serious ACL injuries and missed the entire 2011 season.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the New York Giants have re-signed CB Terrell Thomas to an undisclosed contract.

Thomas most likely received a low salary that includes plenty of incentives considering that the missed the entire 2011 season after tearing his ACL for the second time in his career. The Giants are hoping that he’ll be ready for training camp but he’s yet to resume running.
