Giants Re-Sign Veteran G John Jerry To Three-Year, $10M Deal

Pro Football Talk is reporting that the Giants have re-signed veteran G John Jerry to a three-year, $10 million contract on Monday.

  • Ian Rapoport reports that Jerry’s deal includes $4.25 million guaranteed.

The Giants recently also added D.J. Fluker in recent day, so bringing Jerry back should give them some solid offensive line depth this season, which obviously never hurts.

Mike Garafolo mentions that this move seemingly means Fluker will play right tackle for New York.

Jerry, 30, is a former third-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2010. He played out his rookie contract with the Dolphins before signing a one-year agreement with the Giants in March of 2015.

Jerry returned to the Giants again last year on another one-year contract.

In 2016, Jerry appeared in all 16 games for the Giants and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 33 guard out of 72 qualifying players.
