Giants Sign Former Dolphins OG John Jerry

Conor Orr of The Star Ledger reports that the Giants have signed former Dolphins OG John Jerry.

Jerry, 27, graded out positively as a pass blocker last season but struggled in the run game and graded out as the No. 43 guard out of 81 qualifiers. Jerry was one of the offensive lineman involved as part of the bullying scandal that occurred last season with the Dolphins.  Jerry will likely serve as a stopgap player at right guard should OG Chris Snee struggle next season.

The fact that Jerry has been able to find a team to sign him is somewhat notable for the other Dolphins offensive lineman looking for prospective teams, like OG Richie Incognito.
