Giants Sign LB Terrell Manning Off Bengals’ Practice Squad, Waive LB Justin Anderson

The New York Giants have signed LB Terrell Manning off of the Cincinnati Bengals’ practice squad on Tuesday, according to Dan Granziano of ESPN.

  • To make room for Manning, the Giants placed LB Justin Anderson on waivers.

Anderson, 23, signed on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana-Lafayette back in May. He was just signed to their active roster this past weekend after the Giants parted ways with OT Charles Brown.

On the season, Anderson has appeared in two games, but has yet to record a single statistic.

Manning, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Green Bay Packers back in 2012. However, he lasted just one year with the team before he was placed on waivers.

Since then, Manning has played for the Chargers, Vikings, Giants, Dolphins, Bears and Bengals, which is not exactly a good thing given how long he’s been in the NFL.

This season, Manning has appeared in three games and has recorded a single tackle.
