The NFL has announced that the New York Giants will take on the Dallas Cowboys in this year’s kickoff game on Wednesday, September 5th.
Many felt that the Green Bay Packers were the favorites to be a part of this game, but the league must have felt that it was a better idea to go with divisional opponent to begin the year.
