Giants Waive DB Aaron Davis From IR With Settlement

The New York Giants officially waived DB Aaron Davis from injured reserve with a settlement on Thursday.

Davis, 23, signed on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out Georgia back in May. However, New York waived him with an injury designation on Tuesday and he later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list.

During his four-year college career at Georgia, Davis recorded 184 total tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, five interceptions, 12 pass defenses, five fumble recoveries, and three forced fumbles.
