Giants Waive OT Jessamen Dunker

The New York Giants officially placed OT Jessamen Dunker on waivers Thursday.

Dunker wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee State back in May of last year. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Giants waived him with an injury designation coming out of the preseason.

Dunker cleared waivers and reverted to injured reserve where he remained for the entire 2017 season.

During his college career at Tennessee State, Dunker started 43 games and played both guard and tackle. He was a first-team FCS All-America in 2016.
