Giants Worked Out 3 RBs Including Brandon Brown-Dukes

Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that the Giants brought in three running backs for workouts on Wednesday including Brandon Brown-Dukes, Russell Hansbrough and Julian Howsare.

Brown-Dukes, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Mercyhurst back in May. He was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason but was added to the Steelers’ practice squad at the start of the season.

Since then, Brown-Dukes has been on and off of the Steelers’ taxi squad.

During the preseason, Brown-Dukes appeared in three games for the Steelers and rushed for seven yards on six carries to go along with two receptions for 15 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
