Jaguars CB Aaron Colvin Suspended 4 Games For PED Violation

The NFL announced Friday that Jaguars CB Aaron Colvin has been suspended four games for violating their policy against performance-enhancing drugs.

Colvin is one of four players who were suspended for performance-enhancing drugs on Friday.

Colvin, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Jaguars back in 2014. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2,673,152 rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $600,000 for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Colvin appeared in all 16 games for the Jaguars and recorded 73 tackles, four sacks, no interceptions, a forced fumble and six pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 44 cornerback out of 111 qualifying players.
