Jaguars DT Marcell Dareus Accused Of Sexual Assault

According to News 4 in Jacksonville, Jaguars DT Marcell Dareus is being sued by an unidentified woman, who claims that he sexually assaulted her and exposed her to a sexually transmitted disease.

The civil complaint against Dareus was filed on July 6 in Duval County and accuses him of having sex with her while she was unconscious and without disclosing what she believes was herpes. The lawsuit is seeking over $15,000 in damages.

Dareus and the unidentified woman went on a date in Houston back on April 7 that ended with the two of them spending the night in a hotel. However, the woman woke up the next day and didn’t know what happened the night before. Dareus told her that they had sex.
