Jaguars Hosting LB Luke Rhodes For Workout, Could Sign Him To Practice Squad

NFL Draft Diamonds is reporting that the Jaguars are bringing in LB Luke Rhodes for a workout on Monday.

According to the report, Rhodes could be signed to the Jaguars’ practice squad at some point in the near future.

Rhodes, 23, wound up signing on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of William & Mary. He was in the first of his three-year, $1.62 million contract and set to make a base salary of $450,000 for the 2016 season when he was cut loose last week.

During his four-year college career, Rhodes recorded 341 tackles, 20 tackles for a loss, six forced fumbles, two recoveries, five sacks, an interception and 19 pass defenses.
