Jaguars Lose LS Carson Tinker For Season With Torn ACL

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Thursday that LS Carson Tinker suffered a torn ACL in his right knee and will be placed on season-ending injured reserve.

Tinker, 27, wound up signing on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama back in 2013. He’s currently in the third year of his five-year, $4.2 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $800,000 and $835,000 over the final two years of the agreement.

In 2016, Tinker appeared in all 16 games and had yet to miss a game since entering the NFL.
