Jaguars Lose RB Rashad Jennings

The Jacksonville Jaguars have lost of their key players for the upcoming season as it was announced that RB Rashad Jennings season-ending injured reserve.

Jacksonville was counting on him to take some of the pressure off of Maurice Jones-Drew who is returning from offseason knee surgery. Jones-Drew has proved to be more than capable of handling a huge workload but the questions marks surrounding their passing attack may put even more pressure on the run game to productive.

Deji Karim will step into the teams No. 2 spot but it remains to be seen whether or not he’ll be able to spell Jones-Drew from time to time. You would have to think that the Jaguars would look at their available options for the time being.
