Young, 26, was a former sixth-round pick by the Cowboys back in 2010. He was active for 11 games last season, but played just a single snap for the Jaguars.
According to the Jaguars, Young should be given an opportunity to compete for the team’s swing tackle position.
Harbor, 26, was waived by the Eagles last year and was claimed off waivers by the Jaguars. He appeared in all 16 games for Jacksonville last year and totaled 24 receptions for 292 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
He did sustain a fractured his right leg during the team’s final game of the season.
Pro Football Focus had him rated as a below average tight end last season, but he was able to contribute on special teams as well.
