ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Jaguars seventh-round DE Jonathan Woodard suffered a season-ending Achilles’ tear in recent weeks.

This news comes just a few days after first-round DB Jalen Ramsey sustained a small meniscus tear. Hopefully, this is it for the Jaguars when it comes to injuries in offseason workouts.

Woodard was taken with the No. 226 overall pick out of Central Arkansas by the Jaguars a few weeks ago.

According to OverTheCap.com, Woodard signed a four-year contract worth $2,423,096 to go along with a signing bonus of $83,096.

During his college career, Woodard appeared in 37 games for Central Arkansas.
