Jaguars Sign CFL CB Josh Johnson

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they’ve signed CFL CB Josh Johnson to a contract on Friday.

Johnson, 25, wound up signing on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue back in 2013. However, he lasted just a few months in San Diego before he was released at the start of the 2013 season.

Johnson later signed on with the BC Lions of the CFL in 2014.

This past year, Johnson recorded 57 tackles, one sack and an interception for the Lions.
