Jaguars Sign DT Sen’Derrick Marks To A Four-Year Deal

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that the Jaguars have reached an agreement on a four-year deal with DT Sen’Derrick Marks.

  • Rapoport adds that Marks can make up to $22 million over the course of four years.
  • Tom Pelissero reports that Marks will receive $8 million guaranteed.

As of now, we do not have the guaranteed cash included in Marks’ new contract. However, this deal is close to the one signed by Ricky Jean-Francois (four-years, $22 million, $5.5 million guaranteed) last year, but obviously includes more in terms of guaranteed money.

Marks, 26, came over from the Titans last year after he signed a one-year, $1.5 million contract with the Jaguars this past offseason.

On the year, Marks has totaled 29 tackles, four sacks, and two forced fumbles. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 29 defensive tackle.
